They have had my F150 truck for 2 weeks. They told me the bearings needed to be replaced and would have to replace the rear axle I think. The part has been sitting on a palette since Wednesday the Dec 20th . I have called them twice since then and today the 27 th I was told it was not on the schedule. What????? and the service manager would be gone till next Tues.They would TRY to get ahold of him and call me. This is very frustrating. I am stranded at home. They have been treating me like a stranger. I have had more than 3000. Dollars work done on this truck in 2017. I am frustrated about this.
The sales manager refused to negotiate on price any lower than $200 and couldn't be bothered with comping our oil change considering they had no idea when it was last changed. They didn't bother to do minimum maintenance on the vehicle from my understanding. They balanced the tires but didn't pay attention to the little things. Sales manager wouldn't return phone calls. Careful, if he is not in the office they can't even sell you a car!
The service department is friendly, helpful, and ready to help. I went in for an oil change and as always my truck was ready when they said it would be and the guys are always so helpful in answering my questions. Thanks!
Gregg, my salesman, was great and I would recommend him to anyone. My review in no way was impacted by anything my salesman did/said. All the choices were made by the manager and he should own them.
