Had some power issues. Quickly diagnosed and fixed. Randy took great care of us.
The repairman at Mr Electric was able to install my electric car charger at a very reasonable price and able to do it in a few hours. I really could not have asked for a better outcome.
We just had Billy and Austin out here to rough-in the electric in our basement, and couldn’t be happier with the experience! They were very prompt, professional, courteous, and had everything finished in a timely manner. Because of them, we can now move forward with the completion of our basement. I would highly recommend their services, and would definitely use them again for any future needs!
We had our job scheduled for July to put our electronic line into the ground coming from the post to the house and upgrade AMP from 90 to 200. Mr Electric charged us $3400. There is still a light fixture not fixed outside by our garage and the electric line is not hooked up yet. We are now being told that it will cost us an additional $750 to hook the electric up from KCPL. Mr Electric did not disclose this when we signed the contract for work, told us that we would have no additional charges and they are still not willing to cover the charge. We are looking into Fox 4 problem solved to get this fixed. Outside of these 2 items, we were satisfied up until the last several weeks.
