Every time I go there they have what I need or find it for me. Last time I needed a specific phone for someone for Christmas and want a refurbished phone because of price. The lady literally sold me her personal phone. They are helpful and so generous!

I walked in wanting to get a new phone and I walked out feeling crappy about myself. The two ladies in there were super helpful and nice but there was one man in there that was completely rude to me and everyone that walked in. He was helpful when it came to phones but the way he talked to me and another customer was completely uncalled for. It makes me never want to do business with the Verizon in Smithville again.
