Overall my experience with the Super 8 in Smithville was a good experience. Upon checking in and getting our room we noticed that there was an issue with the room. We brought the issue to the front desk and they took care of our concerns immediately. The price wasn't too bad considering it is the only hotel in Smithville. For a small hotel they do have an above-average continental breakfast which actually includes a waffle iron and cereal. Good deal for the price. Definitely would stay again.

Room smells very musky. Not the cleanest. Staff is very nice though!
This place will double charge your cards. Price on room will change from day to day. They tell you your card didnt go though and when you get your bill from card company you have been charged double and the address on your receipt is not a really place. Dont trust this place at all. Was even charged for days we didnt stay. Really a ripe off. BEWARE!!!!
