I was very polite to driver! This was the nasty rude lady I talked to on the phone!
We always receive great service and the food is always good as well...
Truly they do not deserve not even one star! I ordered pizza for delivery. They said it would be 45min. I called them an hour and 15 min later. They said that the driver left 30 min.ago and should be there anytime..30 more min. Went by and called back. They said that they miss comunacated the time for delivery to me. That it would be now another 30 min before they deliver. I told them forget it! Was upset. 2 hours and 15 min. Later! Lady on phone in a very hateful way of asking me to not be rude to delivery driver when he shows up..i said ..WHAT?? I will act however I want! You will not tell me how to act towards anyone! I hung up on her! They are RUDE!
Would give zero stars if I could. Driver shorted my change,, set pizza boxes on my new car and refused to give me a receipt. When I called the store I talked to Spencer who would not give me the store manager or regional managers contact info (phone or email). Spencer did hang up on me and told me to quit wasting his time. Great management style, I can see why the other reviews comment the place is ran by kids... I just moved to the area. I am astonished that I was treated this poorly. Horrible place- Do not buy anything from here. I was cheated....
Food is usually good. However, they always forget my parmesan cheese. Lol
The only reason this place gets 3 stars is because of the store manager Troy. He happens to be the best employee I have ever seen at a pizza hut. Other then that every other manager here besides Troy and Kyle is rude and can not control their tempers. They would rather give out credits then actually deal with a problem. They like to hang up on people. If you go during the day when Troy is there everything is AMAZING. After Troy leaves everyone seems to stop caring about everything concerning pizza hut. The pizzas come out either made wrong, undercooked, or overcooked. I have come to learn if a good review has been left its because you have ordered while Troy was on shift. Bad reviews definitely are justified because they are from otger customers who probably order after Troy leaves. Troy is the only one here who seems to care. This place is only good during the morning and day hours other then that you are playing Russian roulette. I will never order from this place again.
